The IATSS Forum is an international leadership training program that brings together young professionals from ASEAN countries to Japan. Under the motto 'Thinking and Learning Together,' the program aims to foster future leaders who can contribute to the development of their home countries and the ASEAN region. The curriculum includes seminars, field studies, and group research projects covering various topics such as leadership, sustainability, and social issues. Participants are expected to apply the knowledge and networks gained during the forum to their professional careers and communities upon returning home.

Eligibility Criteria

Must be a citizen of Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, or Vietnam
Must be 35 years old or younger at the time of application
Must have at least 2 years of full-time professional work experience at the time of application
Must be proficient in English (TOEFL, IELTS, or equivalent certification may be required)
Must be able to participate in the entire program period
Must be in good physical and mental health
Must be able to live in a communal environment
