The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at the University of Edinburgh provides full scholarships to students from Africa with great academic and leadership potential but few educational opportunities. The scholarship is designed to create a cohort of transformative leaders who will contribute to a more equitable and prosperous Africa.
Financial Benefits
This is a full scholarship that will cover:Full tuition fees.
A comprehensive stipend to cover accommodation and living costs.
Travel costs to and from Edinburgh.
Costs related to visa applications and the UK's Immigration Health Surcharge.
An array of tailored support including academic and peer mentoring, leadership development, and networking opportunities.
