The Edinburgh Ocean Leaders Program is a 12-month fellowship designed to accelerate the impact of early to mid-career professionals who are working to address the most pressing challenges facing the ocean. The program provides a unique combination of leadership coaching, mentorship, and professional development. It includes both online components and in-person meetings to foster a global network of ocean leaders.
Eligibility Criteria
Early to mid-career professionals working in any sector related to the ocean (e.g., science, policy, business, NGOs, law, arts). Demonstrated leadership potential and a commitment to ocean health and sustainability. Open to individuals from all nationalities. Applicants must be able to commit to the full 12-month program, including online sessions and in-person meetings.
