Details
The Schneider Electric Young Leaders Scholarship 2026 is a fully funded postgraduate opportunity for international students to pursue master’s programmes in Energy and Sustainability in Germany.
Applicants must be admitted to one of the following programmes at the EUREF-Campus Düsseldorf:
- Master of Science in Management of Smart and Sustainable Energy Systems
- Master of Science in Sustainable Energy and Hydrogen Infrastructures
How to Apply:
- Apply for one of the eligible MSc programmes at EUREF-Campus Düsseldorf.
- Submit:
- Motivation letter (addressed to Schneider Electric).
- Curriculum Vitae (CV).
- Proof of German language skills.
- Send documents to the course coordinator’s email (listed on programme page).
- Participate in the multi-stage selection process, including online interviews.
- Await final decision (March/April 2026).
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
- Successfully complete the selection process for one of the eligible MSc programmes.
- Have an excellent academic background in a technical field (e.g., electrical engineering, energy engineering, mechanical engineering, automation, process engineering, building technology, sustainability, or similar).
- Possess at least 1 year of relevant postgraduate work experience (sales, project management, business development, or service experience valued).
- Demonstrate German language proficiency (minimum B1/B2 level) and willingness to improve further.
- Be flexible and willing to work across Germany, Austria, or Switzerland after studies.
- Show enthusiasm for sustainability, a digital mindset, and alignment with Schneider Electric’s IMPACT values.
