Eligibility Criteria
Who can Apply?
- Non-EU nationals who:
- Have at least 7/10 academic performance in their last graduated school
- Submit a complete application with all required documents
- Are not Romanian citizens or holders of any other protection status in Romania
- Are not family members of diplomatic personnel in Romania
How are Applicants Selected?
- Based on academic performance and application completeness
- Doctoral candidates need an acceptance letter from a doctoral tutor
Candidates can access the platform at https://studyinromania.gov.ro, via the Apply for MFA scholarships button, or directly at https://scholarships.studyinromania.gov.ro. The platform can be accessed both in English and French.
