•Hold or be in the process of completing a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution

•Be applying to a two-year Master's degree program at one of Sciences Po's seven graduate schools

•Be under 35 years of age at the start of the academic year

•Demonstrate a strong commitment to effecting positive change and contributing to the socio-economic development of the African continent

•Must not already hold or be enrolled in a Master's degree program (dual degrees and one-year Master's programs are not eligible)

The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at Sciences Po aims to identify and support academically talented young leaders from Sub-Saharan Africa who face financial and socio-economic hurdles. Scholars receive full funding to pursue a two-year Master's degree at Sciences Po across a wide range of disciplines in the social sciences, international affairs, public policy, and management. Beyond financial support, the program offers specialized mentoring, academic support, transition support into the professional world, and access to a vibrant global network of Mastercard Foundation alumni.
