EASE has launched a new one-to-one mentorship program that pairs students with experienced mentors who provide academic guidance, career counseling, and personal support. The program currently serves 60 students across different grade levels.
Mentors meet regularly with their mentees to discuss academic progress, set goals, and provide encouragement. The program aims to improve academic performance, boost confidence, and help students make informed decisions about their future.
"My mentor has been very helpful in guiding me through my studies," said one student. "I feel more confident about my future now."
The mentorship program is part of EASE's Education & Capacity Building program and will be expanded to reach more students in the coming months.
